How Ordering Works & Custom Build Lead Times
When we receive your online order, we’ll reach out directly to confirm all your build details. Once that's locked in or if you placed an order with us over the phone, your board goes straight onto our factory production schedule. Any remaining order balances or approved custom add-on fees will be billed prior to shipping.
Current Production Windows (Best Estimates):
Note: We build everything to the highest quality standards as fast as we can. These are our best estimates rather than strict guarantees. Although options like custom art and resin tints can occasionally add a bit of time, our boards are often finished ahead of schedule. If you have a trip coming up and need a board by a specific date, let us know. For tight deadlines, we can discuss a RUSH order which may or may not require an expedite fee depending on our production schedule.

We offer simplified, predictable flat-rate shipping tiers across the country so you know exactly what to expect at checkout.
Continental US (Door-to-Door Flat Rates)
Hawaii & Puerto Rico (Airport Cargo Pickup)
To keep island shipping affordable, our standard method is customer pickup via Delta Air Cargo (or similar carriers) at their local airport offices. Complete pickup instructions are provided at the time of shipment.
Outside Our Standard Delivery Area
Our standard shipping covers the Continental US, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. If you live outside these zones, please Contact Us for a custom freight quote before ordering. Alternatively, we will happily ship to your U.S.-based surf/cargo forwarder, or you can arrange your own freight pickup. Customers are responsible for all local destination taxes and duties.

- PU/PE (Traditional Poly) — 4 to 6 weeks
- RET (Stringered EPS / Epoxy) — 4 to 6 weeks
- RFT & RFT-2 (Stringerless EPS / Epoxy) — 6 to 8 weeks
- RFT-TDD (Custom Tapered Dual Density Blanks / Epoxy) — 8 to 10 weeks

- Surfboards 5'8" and shorter — $75.00
- Surfboards 5'9" to 7'11" — $175.00
- Surfboards 8'0" and longer — $275.00
Hawaii & Puerto Rico (Airport Cargo Pickup)
To keep island shipping affordable, our standard method is customer pickup via Delta Air Cargo (or similar carriers) at their local airport offices. Complete pickup instructions are provided at the time of shipment.
- Surfboards 7'11" and shorter — $175.00 flat rate to major HI airports or SJU.
- Surfboards 8'0" and longer — Custom quote required prior to order approval.
- Note: Door-to-door island delivery is available via other carriers upon request, but will incur a higher, separate charge.

The Fine Print & Shipping Damage
- No PO Boxes: We cannot ship surfboards or oversized packages to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Carriers: Surfboards ship via FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight. Accessories and smaller gear ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
- Shipping Damage (24-Hour Window): Surfboards are fragile freight. In the rare case that your board arrives damaged or there is an order error, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Call the factory at 805.658.6855 or email [email protected].
- You must include clear photos of the outside packaging and the damaged areas of the board so we can file an immediate claim with the shipper. Keep all packaging material on hand.
