DESCRIPTIONThis board is not soft and slow! It’s Fast and Floaty!
A lot of softboards you see these days are great for getting to your feet but anything after that can be extremely frustrating. Long or short, their poor design with little detail holds back progress and performance. So what do you do if you're wanting to improve on a shorter board but still catch surf just as easily? Or what do you do if your grovel game is a beater and you want a small wave battleship that’s a bigger blast to ride? The Floaty has a full volume wide outline from nose to tail to give it that easy paddle stable feel. Low rockers provide natural speed while a little bit of flip in the nose helps to keep it from digging in on drops. The rails have been tuned for smooth surfing in mind while the outline can perform without hanging up. We do this by shaping a soft forgiving rail in the nose that graduates to a harder more performance rail in the tail of the board. The Floaty’s rails are also tapered to let lighter riders turn with confidence and advanced surfers really push it to its limits. FEATURES |
