Retro meets techno, the Bro Fish flies across waves to its own beat of glide and progression. Inspired by some of the traditional fish we make as customs, we created a design that looks and feels like boards of past, has elements of today and tomorrow, and can be pushed as hard as you want. Keeping the look of older style boards with their beak noses, thickness under chest, and wide swallow tails, the Bro Fish still has the wave catching ability and flow that makes those classics so fun and easy to ride. With added curve in the tail and sophisticated bottom contours of single to double to deep vee, the Bro Fish is made to carve in the pocket as well as it does out on the open face. The Bro Fish can be ridden as a twin or as a twonzer. Twins can sometimes feel too pivoty or slippery depending on your riding style or the surf. By adding the option of using a Roberts Twonzer fin set, you can get the speed of a twin while giving the board a greater ability to hold its rail at higher speeds.
HOW TO SIZE THIS BOARD
3-5 inches shorter than your height for everyday surfing matching your volume at about 2L more than your good wave board. Over your height for a cruisy feel with even easier wave catching and more glide. Comparing to pro model shortboards, ride it 6-8 inches shorter, 1-1/2” wider and slightly thicker (about 2L extra volume). Custom dims are always available to match your needs or preferences. Please feel free to use our BOARD SIZING QUESTIONNAIRE to receive more info about our boards and sizing.
