DESCRIPTIONOriginated for guys needing a design to surf Ocean Beach in San Francisco, the OB Pin works great at big wave breaks with long paddle outs and open faces. Starting with our Pin Master model, we kept its rocker in the OB Pin for maneuverability at higher speeds. Then we added some width throughout and gave it added volume under your chest to help you move around the line up and get in early. The OB Pin offers the ability to carve turns out on the open face through its rocker and pin tail. And if the wave backs off it is able to maintain speed through slopey parts of the wave due to its fuller outline! The OB Pin starts out a 7’ but can be ordered up to 9’ and made to your needs.

Please CONTACT US to find the perfect dimensions for your needs. HOW TO SIZE THIS BOARD1 1/2 feet to 2 1/2 feet longer longer than your high performance board while adding 1/2" to 1 1/2" width. Volume should be increased by 10-15%. Volume may be added so that the stretched board will not be too thin preventing you paddling into the waves it was intended.
